TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! IT MAKES ME SICK

<p>i had an accident on the 24th of december and i called them since the car was in their possesion in king williams town, i asked one of their consultants how long do they take to finalise the claim and she said its 14 working days.</p> <p>i call them almost everyday to ask how far is the claim they always telling me Manqoba or buhle will call me back.</p> <p>Manqoba did the interview with me but i was suprised today the lady who was helping me also ask the the same questions that manqoba was asking and when i tell her all these questions were already asked she must ask thoso from him she continuedand i really dont know the reason behind.</p> <p>today i sent them the pictures from the accident and the way i see things they are just polite and they dont understand the frustration i have wright now.</p> <p>on the TV they show great service but what i'm experiencing now is beyond terrible.</p>
