Terrible service from MiWay wrt a claim process

Terrible service from the claims department. 3 weeks (& counting) as the matter isn't handled yet. Latest email sent to them, from my side below.

Good Day, Bianca.

Trust all is well on your side.

Allow me to say the following, and I'm just being honest with you.

I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the way this entire claims process has been handled, particularly from your side, but also, from your manager Danielle (if that is the spelling of her name), and MiWay as a whole.

This accident was reported on the 6th of October, 2025. Within two days, 8th of October 2025, you guys could brandish an assessment report to write the vehicle off, as class 2.

Yet from the 8th of October 2025, up until today, 24th of October, 2025, you struggle to send me an AOL, & furthermore, settle with the bank.

A settlement, you have said, in so many words, you guys could have handled on the 15th of October (as you received a settlement letter from ABSA Vehicle Finance). 15th/16th October 2025, I sent you a signed AOL, and YOU SAID, the payment will be made and reflect by the 20th of October 2025.

(there's calls & mails to support this statement)

On the 20th, you claimed that the payment wasn't able to be made, and you request another settlement letter from ABSA. To which I proposed, that if you need, I can brandish you with the latest one, that we received on the 20th, for two business days, you did not respond to my email, to which I had to reach out to you, to speak to the claims department, where I spoke to Thembile.

On that phone call, I sent the latest settlement letter to you & him, and he confirmed on the call, that he has received it, and by extension, you confirmed receipt of the letter per mail too.

And now, at 17:00, 24th October 2025, at the end of business day, you sent me a mail, stating again, that "I spoke to manager, we managed to get the updated letter from the bank, the only thing is that you need to sign the AOL (Agreement of Loss)."..... AFTER I SENT YOU THE LATEST LETTER, that's valid for 5 business days, you wasted 2 more days. You requested the letter again from ABSA. Now at the end of the week, on a Friday, at 5pm, I'm required to get an AOL, back to you.

I've stated, on a call with Thembile and with you, that from Monday, 27th October, I will be out of the country to only return 15th of November 2025.

So between now and Monday, when I leave the country in the morning hours, when and how am I supposed to sort out the AOL, for payment to happen, that was supposed to happen on the 15th of October 2025, already, as per your email.

I DO NOT, understand how this process took three whole weeks, and by the looks of it, I am now liable to pay for the Hyundai i20 at the end of October 2025, to which you know, it'll be a legal fight again, for me to claim that premium back, as the car has been written off by MiWay, on the 8th of October, yet, I now need to pay for November 2025, for a car we don't legally have & own anymore.

So can you please advise me on the following?
