Terrible service from miway

I had an accident with my vehicle and miway only approves half of the damages on top of that I have sent them all pictures, my vehicle is sitting at the panel beaters awaiting approval from miway assessors for the rest of the damages I've been calling the claims department for the whole of last week and they keep saying they awaiting for the assessor to approve this is rediculous and disappointing for a insurance company like this
