Terrible service from Miway consultants!!!

I called Miway for roadside assistance, and was promptly linked up with a tow truck driver, who told me that I was quite remote, and it would take him an hour to get to me. Granted. However, it took him two hours to get to me, and he had noting but excuses for his tardiness. It then took quite some time for them to load the car onto the truck and get going. The only reason I requested for assistance is because I wanted to get back in town so I could seek mechanical assistance, as I had a mechanic who could come to me, but knew we would struggle to get parts. With this said, two hours was a huge toll, and the truck seemed to struggle even on the road, and it took an excessive amount of time to drive just 21 kilometers. As if that was not enough, when we got into the next town, there was a problem with the tow truck's hydraulics, and they could not lower my vehicle - by this time, it was too late to find an open workshop so the vehicle could be repaired properly, so my mechanic had to make a plan to try and get the car back home (this led to the car breaking down again with the same issue later on in the day, which resulted in further roadside assistance being required). The mechanic had to do what he whilst the car was still on the flatbed, as it was also beginning to get dark, and he even finished before they could lower the vehicle. I had originally been told by the tow truck operator that their mechanic would arrive in an hour and twenty minutes to fix the hydraulics, however, over two hours later, he hadn't shown up, and my car was still on the truck. During this wait, the operator and his assistant were under their truck the entire time, and it became clear that they had intended to sort this problem out themselves, and this was not the first time they were doing it, and no mechanic was coming to assist them. I expressed my dissatisfaction to two different Miway consultants, took a survey from Miway on survey******, and to this day, no one has addressed this terrible service that I received. At this point, I am reconsidering my policy with Miway...
