Terrible service from Miway

Absolutely appalled at Miway. House was broken into and quite a few items ******. The Miway assessor, Andre, came in to assess and from the start, I could see he was trying his utmost best to make sure I was considered under insured so they pay out less. He added thousands of rands of value to a few boxes of toys that were literally broken into pieces that was packed into boxes to be dumped and office chairs that I showed him was broken to be dumped but he added value to that as well. Old kids clothes that my kids outgrew so we packed away to be donated, he added value. I got short changed so badly by Miway that I will never again recommend them to anyone. And I have been their client for 8 or 9 years and this was only my 2nd claim. Time to find a new insurer, one that won't ***** their clients over after a major loss. And immediately after this they pushed my premium and excess up
