Terrible service from legal department

MiWay I'm still waiting for a refund of an access I paid in 2014 my issue is with the legal department but no one bothers to update me the last time I received an update it was 2016 from Lebohang Ratshibvumo. Instead I constantly receive calls from your agents telling me they can give me the best quote for my cars, pay me my money first then we can talk about your "best quotes"
