Terrible service from a Miway Representative.

I am having an issue with understanding the discounts and queried this on the app almost 3 weeks ago and Refilwe Mwanza had advised that someone will call and assist further however I have not received any communication about my query.

My rating is relating to my interaction with Refilwe Mwanza only and should not be an indication of Miway as a whole as I have had only good experiences with all other employees.
