TERRIBLE SERVICE

I write with an extremely heavy heart. I am so annoyed with such terrible service. it's the worst service I have ever experienced and will never want anyone to be treated the way I have with this company. When you take an insurance you are supposed to be eased that you are in safe hands. But this insurance has been a total nightmare to deal with. When you call for a report, you never get any assistance and you are told the claims handler or his supervisor will call you bank but that never happens. I am so furious that I actually want to cry
