Terrible Service - Car Insurance Claim

I am very disappointed with MiWay Insurance I logged a claim in 2021 and today is 01/02/2023 nothing has been done. I have been sent from piler to post and I am tied. I even stopped following up with them due to frustrations every time I speak to the. I have been panel beaters and on arrival was told my claim was cancelled the same day of the booking, When I follow up with MiWay they will tell me they will get back to me. I have sent several emails to them (Ronny Gololo and Mokgadi Ma). Today I made a call again and spoke to Olga who tells me that I need to submit a motivation letter, mean while It's me that was waiting for the update or feedback. MiWay I have been paying my premiums with no issues, can you please fix my car.
