Terrible service at Miway: My car was stationery and a reckless driver swiped the entire drivers side leading to the damage of the sump, oil started to leak out

Terrible service at Miway: My car was stationery and a reckless driver swiped the entire drivers side leading to the damage of the sump, oil started to leak out. I contacted my insurance provider which is MiWay, they took in the car then contacted me to say the body has been repaired However they are not willing to sort the mechanical damage so in other words I'm being asked to tow my car away . What is the point of having insurance if they going to give u a car that's not in running order and ask u to sort out the rest. I'm highly disappointed with the terrible service at Miway unless they can prove to me the mechanical damage was not caused by this accident I'm not willing to entertain their nonsense which is them calling me and asking me to pay for certain parts and services. This is really not acceptable!
