Terrible service and unable to provide evidence of assesments

Miway took my car in after I experienced waterdamage . They had my car for more than a week and returned my car saying there is no water damage. When I asked for a report to explain what they did to get to the conclusion they were unable to tell me what they did and when I asked the panel beaters they said they did not touch the car . Insurance told them not to do anything. This is after the assessor assured me that they will do the nessasary test to determine the damage... Lying to customers and not getting back to them after numerous calls is unacceptable
