Terrible service and attitude.

I requested a quote from Miway on my BMW 1 series. First of all, I already have insurance and I was looking to change my insurance as of 1 September 2020. I needed a quote and I was honestly considering Miway to be my next insurer. I was not impressed, they took 3 days just to call me back. We went through the quote and the advisor gave me a discount but when I asked for him to send me a quote so I could just go through it and get back to them today. The advisor told me that he needs my banking details and I need to commit to the quote before he can send it to me at the price he gave me. That is absolutely ridiculous, how can you force me to commit to something just so that I can view the quote. I then told the advisor to call me back today because I was honestly fine with paying the R900 for my insurance I just needed to read through the quote, he tells me that he already made his target for the month so he doesn't know if he will call me Today or Monday or whenever.

I am absolutely shocked by the way this company conducts their business and the pathetic service that they have. I would not recommend it to anyone.

If they took 3 days to call me back just for a quote imagine how long they will take to pay out my claim
