Terrible service

Miway I'm very disappointed with this insurance company, u pay your premiums every month on time and when u claim they take longer to process once you think everything is sorted then boom they give a what they call a claims card then choose for you the stores u need to purchase from. i insured an Iphone why cant i get another iphone ? why should i be given a card that suits you but not my needs. i mean really you might aswell take back the card as it is no use for me.!!
