Terrible service

To whom it may concern

Firstly i with like to say I’m really dissapointed in Miway insurance.

I with like to give a small run down in April 2022 with the recent floods in Durban my vehicle was pushed on the road with the force of water. I have contacted Miway insurance an laid a report etc. as per Reference number C……..my vehicle was written off by insurance.

Miway did pay out lesser than the owing amount of the vehicle and told me i got a shortfall of 4 thousand something.

As per my knowledge the vehicle was written off an i was told that i cant rebuy the vehicle as i need to fill application form and wait in the waiting list.

Yesterday i was visiting a client with work and i noticed the vehicle there i approached the guy an asked him about the vehicle he told me he bought the vehicle from Rally motors in pinetown an he got it on finance he paid 130 thousand which was like way more that wat i was owing for the vehicle.

My point is the vehicle was written off with flood damage the log book should be stamped and as a certain code how is it that the same vehicle is REFINANCED and still have the same old number plate etc.

i have also got the new owners contact details and a video of him in the vehicle driving it as a roadworthy vehicle.
