Terrible service

It’s been four days that I posted a review about my extremely disappointing and unjust experience with a claim that I put through two months ago with MiWay. Miway rep**** to the review couple hours after it was posted ‘’Your feedback has been passed on to the right team and someone will be in touch soon to turn this around.” Yet till date nor has they been any turn around because no member from the right team contacted me. How is it even possible that your insurance company (MiWay) is ranking number 2 with the terrible service you’ll give to clients and the amount of excuses given by you’ll not to pay-out?
