Terrible Service

<p>Last year during this time of the year i expirienced a very bad servirce from miway when it was my annual increase premium on my policy. I was not informed before like any other insurances company where you get a letter beginning of that month to inform you that your policy will increase. And I complaint about it but NO take notice of my complaint. Again now this year its mid month now and my policy is due to increase end of this month but I have NOT received nothing from Miway to inform me, how unprofessional and poor service is this?</p>
