Terrible service

<p>So the chat option on the app times out too quick, Didnt give me enough time. On the webiste, there is no option to insert text in the chat online section. I called the contact centre and spoke with Edwin Moyaha at Vehcile requirements, who advised he is unable to assist me with my query. He will put in a request for someone to contact me and advised the turn around time is 72 hours. That is unacceptable, I cannot get any assiatnce on the app, website and now on the contact centre too!!! Plz can someone contact me urgently!!!</p>
