Terrible service

Hi. I am going back and fourth for almost 2 weeks with Miway trying to get my pay out for my claim. I keep getting messed around everytime I call and they refuse to put me through to a supervisor. I am running out of time as I have a chronic illness and require a car asap to get to the hospital, I cannot buy a car without getting my payout.

No such person has contacted me. However I have been calling the call centre daily and nothing is being resolved. This is taking too long to be sorted out
