Terrible Service!

I got into an accident on Friday evening and their emergency line kept ringing without an answer. So I received no road side assist when I needed it most. My car was towed Saturday morning, the towing company told me the car was going to a panel beater in Greenstone, yet I received sms's from the insurance saying my car is in Nigel. I called them several times and they either assured me it was in Nigel or they said they would call me back to confirm but never did. I received a call today from the panel beater in Greenstone about a quote; I called the insurance again and they know nothing about it. Im highly unimpressed with MiWay; I left my car in their "capable" hands and I expect them to have the correct details about the whereabouts of my car. I should not be the one tracking down my own car.

Reviewer Update

It is unfortunate because I'm still experiencing the lack of service even now. I do not receive any communication from the lady who is supposed to be handling my claim. I have called almost daily since the accident to ask for updates and I have even sent her an email asking for communication, yet nothing has changed. I was told the quote is waiting for validation from the same lady but how am I supposed to trust that it will be done in time when she doesn't even communicate or reply to emails? It has been over a week since the accident and that past week was wasted on locating my car. How many more weeks am I going to wait to get the quote validated and for my car to eventually get fixed?
