Terrible serves
I have never received suth poor serves as from Miway. They made big promises when selling there "excelent" service, but when it comes to delivering they fall short. Even after making multipal promises that managers will follow up on my several calls, they never do. I alway end up being the one to phone them. Considering moving my insurance.

06 Dec 2024, 12:11Even after complaining Miway just phoned me to hear what is my complaint and that is where it ended. Nothing have been resolved. I honestly have never experienced worst serves.
Every time I phone (because they do not) and ask to speak to a manager they are always in a meeting - no matter what time or day.
Then they promises they will phone back but never do.
Emailing also dont work...
