Terrible ,***********!

If I could give a -1 I would. They have been giving my 71 year old mother a run around for weeks. She was the victim of a car accident. the other party admitted to being guilty and yet my mother has no courtesy car. And her car is yet to be fixed.Her life has been put on hold coz Mi way can’t do their due diligence and instead she has to pay again when she’s not even in the wrong. make it make sense. Everytime she calls to do follow up she gets out on hold till her airtime runs out and told that the lady that was helping her is not available time and time again. Seriously the worst car insurance.terrible terrible service .
