Terrible Customer Carw

I wish there was a negative review as these guys don't even deserve a one star. I have been trying to get assistance from MiWay team for nearly a month, whenever I go on their live chat - if I am lucky to get any agent online, I am always promised to receive a call for assistance and no one calls. I have written several emails but all fruitless. I urge anyone who is planning to join MiWay to reconsider, they are useless!
