Terrible claim service
I am currently insured with MiWay. I submitted a claim on the 7th of February 2021, my vehicle was collected on the 8th of February 2021. Since my vehicle has been taken, I have not been contacted at all. I have been calling & following up each day regarding progress of my vehicle & claim I've submitted. All required documents has been emailed as requested. Promises has been made to contact me & keep me updated but hasn't been done.
This is pathetic service! After all has been finalized. I will definitely cancel with MiWay & join an Insurance company with better customer service.
