Terrible Attitude

<p>I am an ex Mi Way client (I sold my car) and today had the unfortunate opportunity of having to call in for a third party claim. (I am the third party in this case). To say I am appalled is an understatement, the service I received from a gentleman named Hamilton was not only unprofessional but very rude and dismissive. He was not willing to even listen to my issue, even upon picking up the phone he was very uninterested, dismissed me very rudely and basically was not willing to help me any further than telling me very rudely what I must go and do. Wow..I'm disappointed. I thought I would come back to MiWay as soon as I get my new car next month, but thats never gona happen now. Thanks for showing me just how disrespectfully you treat people when they have to make a claim. Thanks bye, I'll take my, my family and my friends money elsewhere. You clearly dont want it.</p>
