Terrible after sales service

About 2 years ago I changed insurance companies from Miway to Discovery as it was a cheaper option. Miway requires that you have the C-track installed in your vehicle. I have tried now for 2 years to get that tracker uninstalled by Miway unsuccessfully. Numerous calls and emails later I still have the tracker in my car. The problem is Discovery also installed a tracking device and now I having 2 trackers installed which is damaging my battery and alternator. If my car is not driven everyday the battery goes flat. They were happy to install it in the parking lot at my work but trying to get Miway to take the tracker out has been a nightmare and a huge time suck. Terrible after sales service by these guys, please beware that if you sign up with Miway it is for life apparently.
