Terrible!

Miway has been deducting my insurance premiums on a different date each month, on days that there is no money in my account. I have standing debit orders with other companies which go through on a specific day each month. As soon as I transfer money into my account, Miway deduct their my premium, causing my other debit orders to bounce. I have been calling in repeatedly, asking for this to be rectified and all you say is there is nothing you can do. Why can't you deduct on ONE specific date so that I can ensure there are funds. I am the one footing the bill for hundreds of rands of rejected debit orders due to Miway not being able to do their job. How unprofessional that you cannot deduct on a date specified by your customer, but instead just take money from my account at will on random days. This is disgusting! I will be cancelling my insurance with you and moving to a more professional insurance company.
