Technical Issues - Have to wait another month

I tried to take out a policy online. (with the promise of a refund after 3 months if you accept online) Half way through the process the website gave issues. I phoned them and sent them the error. Shortly after that a consultant phoned me and we completed the policy over the phone. Because of this I now FORFEITED the refund, but was never informed. Finally I managed to sort this out and they promised I would receive the refund. After 3 months I inquired and they advised NO - it was only after 3 months FULL payments have been received. So now after the 4th month I contacted them again and now they have technical issues and it will be paid at the end of the month - so now it is 5 months. <br> <br> This is not acceptable and I am now not sure if I should have joined miWay as there seems to be a lot o administrative and technical issues
