TEBOHO SAVES THE DAY

I have had an issue regarding a claim. It was on an extended warranty claim, and the subsidiary tried their utmost to make it impossible to claim and avoid to pay out. Teboho Thebehadi from MiWay took ownership and helped to resolve the issue. Every step was open, and clearly communicated. He had his own battles fighting against brick walls, but stood his ground and got me the fair treatment I felt I deserved. It would never have happened without him. Thanks Teboho.
