TebogoPI - Incorrect Billing
My CEO received assistance from TebogoPI relating to the reversal of a premium on a cancelled policy. Tebogo was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to understand the query raised quickly and advise on the best course of action to remedy the predicament. Based on this he would recommend MiWay to all his colleagues and friends.
