Policy premium went off on 1 April 2020. Due to lock down our purchase of a new property had not registered in time. I requested that the premium be reversed. MiWay and the consultant assisted without any problems. They agreed to reverse the monies within three days. The policy has also been cancelled until such time as the purchase is finalized. I will reapply for insurance with MiWay once I am able to do so. Thank you for great service.
