Tebogo Rabudiwa and Thobani M are amazing

<p> </p> <p>My premium increased as i was updating my reg number and Tebogo was kind enough to assist me with it and she even lowered it with few rands :), as i was holding my line got disconnected and she called me intantly. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got debitted twice and Thobani was there to assist in re-assuring me that i'll get refunded within 3 working days and there was no need to do a reversal from my side. After i've submitted my statement, he actually called me to let me know he received it and has processed my refund. :)</p>
