Tebogo Monama is a star

In December of 2014, I was ****** of a keyboard. I called the call centre, left messages on their website to enquire if I was still covered. I received several calls back from agents who all said that they will need to get the claims dept to contact me. Eventually, Tebogo called me. I explained to her the problem and she willingly took ownership of my issue eventhough she was not from claims. Tebogo was professional and friendly and knew her product. She sent me timeous updates on my claim. Where some of her colleagues had let the company down by passing the buck and telling me that someone from claims will call me back, Tebogo showed she is a team player and handled my query from cradle to grave. I would recommend Tebogo for any rewards program MiWay has because she is a absolute star.
