Tebogo ke Star!!
Talk about product knowledge and dedication!!!! I kept Tebogo on the phone for 52minutes. Initially I wanted to complain about my premium increase, which he assisted in amending and explaining why such occasions occur. Ended up paying less while I added more items on to the policy! I like!
