TCF only applies if you pay them a premium, horrific service

I've not ever witnessed or received such horrific service, I'm not sure to what extent this insurer will go to make a savings. Me being a third party doesn't mean that I would not have ever considered taking up any policy with MiWay but based on my 3rd party claim its clearly their way or no way.

Your consultant Keneilwe Adams in legal liabilities has no obligation to provide any service because I'm a 3rd party and I don't pay any premiums to Miway, she ignores my emails, she has rhetoric attitude if I'm lucky to get in touch with her telephonically as she never answers her extension.

Its beyond me that a MiWay client reverses into a stationary vehicle that's parked and unattended in a residential parking area and MiWay says that they will only pay 50% of the damages that doesn't even cover the labor related to the damages.

When speaking to the consultant (Again should I be lucky), I get told that the client says that she bumped the upper section of the vehicle and not the lower section, again I was shocked at that explanation. I send pictures that prove that this is not possible and that their clients car paint remained on the lower section of the bumper thus disproving this theory and once again I receive no feedback from MiWay regarding the additional proof. that the rear bumper had no damages and their client is liable for damages they made on my vehicle. How do we pay 50/50 when the vehicle was stationary, I went to the extent of requesting that MiWays motor assessor come out to physically view the damages or reconstruct the incident to ensure that this is a valid claim pertaining to the damages.

I feel that because I'm an individual, I'm practically being bul**** by a corporate who could not care less about the merits of the claim because I'm not signed up to their books.

Who wouldn't say that I would have been a potential client? Is this how clients are treated? This is beyond horrific, does TCF only apply to those on your books, that you deduct a premium?

How is that even the pictures with your clients paint remains on the exact area she claims she didn't hit was sent to you and you ignore it?

Its experiences like this that become an eye opener regarding insurance cover with certain establishments, some of us reduced spending because of COVID 19, that doesn't mean that I had no intent to obtain cover or seek cover as things build up and get back to normal but MiWay has their own way of dealing with things irrespective of the merits thereof.
