On Tuesday I phoned midway to review my premium as I have found a better offer of R490 a month from another insurer, a guy helped me whom i can remember his name and told that he will call me back as he is waiting for his supervisor to aprove, i mean he didnt even tell me howw much i will be paying after the review and promised to call me back, i then asked him the guarantees that he will call me back and his word was the guarantee, until today i have not received a call from him and i am sure if i call them back they will tell me they reduced my premium with R12. I am ****ed about the service i get everytime i phone the call center.
