on the 2/12/17 my car broke down , i contacted mi-way and spoke to Tammy Lynn Lewis , first of all it was like i was talking to a person very close to me as if i know Tammy for years , she made me calm down and went very quickly through my policy with no problem understanding my situation on a main road , making sure that she had the correct location were i was and said a tow truck will be with me in 45min and believe me it was amazing it was there in the time . it was relay amazing to deal with Tammy thank you so much we need people like you .

i must say even the tow truck driver made us (my wife , son ) fell at home and making jokes with us thanks Tammy /mi-way/tow truck driver
