Taking too long to approve a claim

Good day I have logged a claim for a tyre on the 4th of May I have sent through my quotation from Point S,my claim hasn't been approved,it's been more than 3 weeks now with no feedback regarding my claim Im stuck with a spare wheel tyre that can't get me anywhere far. Whenever I'm calling they saying the accessor still needs to approve the claim,when I'm writing emails ,I ain't getting no reply Can you please assist with following up with this claim the name of the person in charge of claim is *** And the name of the accessor is *** .
