Taking money without consent is *****ing

I cancelled my policy with MiWay before it could take effect. For some odd reason an amount was debited from my account on 02/02/2018 which only reflected on 03/02/2018. I called o. The 3rd, no actual answer was given as to why money was taken from my account but was told I would receive it by the 9th. I called again on the 9th as I still didn’t have my money back. It is now the 13th and I am without my money. You are in contradiction with the POPI act. I want my money returned no later than the 14th of Feb 2018 or I will take this further.
