Taking from the client to support the service provider

Consumers be aware that this company and the pabel beater added R250 to my invoice for: Diesel allowance for the panel beater due to loadshedding to ensure they keep working during loadshedding. This amount was added to the total repair cost of my vehicle. Apparently it is standard practice without even informing their clients. I has obvious impact on the client. The panel beater refused to supply me with the invoice and it was eventually supp**** by Miway. I would have been oblivious to this incurred cost if I did not check. So it seems when a person suffers due to a vehicle accident Miway and the Panel beater feel it is fair to have the client pay to ensure the supplier (who gets paid and makes a profit) gets the benefit, and not the person who suffered.
