Taking for ever

<p>hi I was in a car accident in January 2016. I t wasn't my fault as someone drove into me from the back. So I took my car in to get fixed as Miway said and I had to pay my r3500 car excess to get my car fixed. So now it now 6 months down the line and I stil haven't received my excess back from Miway as every time I call in. I always gets answer saying they haven't heard anything from the other party. cant Miway do something to get the money back faster or can I get proof that you guys are trying to get hold of the other party. </p>
