Thato Ikaneng, you are such an amazing human being. I have never come across such a gentlemen who goes such an extra mile working for insurance company.

My bakkie decided to disappoint me as I was knocking off last night and had a break down. I called miway roadside assistance for the vehicle to be towed, Thato Ikaneng from the Miway call centre helped me lodging a claim as he was so understanding and professional, a claim was successfully lodged. He therefore transferred my claim to one of his trusted colleagues to interact with me as I was waiting for the tow truck, Thato was knocking off from work.

This man took a drive going an extra mile, He personally came to the scene to check if I was ok and if I was receiving much help as I requested. It was an over whelming experience to have the person I lodged a claim with, physically standing next to me as we wait for the tow truck. Thanks once again Thato you are the man.

Miway you have such a wonderful employee by the name of Thato.... He loves his job and takes it seriously. This guy has a passion for his work. Please do not turn a blind eye on him as he will take Miway in higher places.
