Take forever to get a quote then try to lock you in with a life product I didnt want

<p>Wanted a quick ballpark quote on a car to compare with existing cover. Over 20 mins later and loads of questions and disclaimers later finally got prised a figure out of them which was 25% higher than my existing quote (which I took pains to ensure was like for like)! Told him he was wasting my time and he started arguing with me and wanted to consult with his supervisor! I told him to tear up the quote and hung up. Now today I get an SMS and contract for 2 months free life cover (which I said at the start of the conversation that I didnt want!). This cannot be ethical behavoiur and I want nothing to do with this company. Share your details with them at your peril! Also, theres no reason why they cant offer a quick 5 min quote service without all the BS (which they obviusly do to try and lock you in).</p>
