System “Glitch”

Debit order going off my account 5 days prior to the agreed date. When asking for the refund and reason I was told there is a “glitch” in their system. I need to send bank statements to them to reverse the amount even though it was confirmed that the debit order was received. And that the premium shows on my profile.
