Swift & Friendly response in time of Accident shock

Calm came, all thanks to Sibeko Ntokozo, MiWay's agent who friendly soothed my mood when I was alone in a shock few minutes after the accident, he insured me that help was underway and kept checking if I am still ok whilst I wait.
