Suzan Baloyi Excellent service

I have rated Suzan Baloyi and Excellent Service from Miway Insurance bcos she was very helpful to me and responded all my queries in less than an hour... I recommend her KPAs to be 10/10.. After I received a horrible, discusting, ratial, arrogant Service from Michelle Le Roux as she was handling our Third Party Claim and this Michelle all the tym wen I was asking things she was responding by saying I should refer to the agreement Lease as if I don't know how to read.. And as a first tym Third party Claiment I did not not any idea on how the process was working... Was frustrated that they bumped my Car and was even Worse that our case was handled by Michelle... When I sent an email luckily she was not at work and an Angel Suzan Baloyi Kindly assisted me... I even wanted to leave my Current Insurance to take Miway BUT bcos of this Selfless Michelle I'd rather stay with my Insurance..
