Suspension my service before moth en 30 May

I was suprised to get message saying that I am not covered for June because they're didn't get money. I am confused now because I wrote review to hello peter. I even got call from Miway consultant who also advised me that I can do reversal .because miway decided to debit before last day of the month.their message was saying that they didn't get money for june. My question when is the last day of May if they claim that they didn't get june contribution. From 2008 I have never indicated any day than last day of the month. My last date for contribution was 30th April because it wsd the last day . last day of May is 31 where we suppose to get salary.its seems as if miway wants to debit any day .I am not happy about the treatment from this insurance..

Please miway stop treating me like a thrash. I deserve better treatment that this poor service.
