Suspended Hijacking and Theft Cover

I received an SMS from MiWay regarding a response I had to provide for a Guarantee tracking device. It was the first time I heard about this. After a couple of SMSs I called MiWay to resolve the issue. They promised they would investgate and respond. It's a month later and Miway has not responded and I receive an SMS that my theft and hijacking cover has been suspended and I receive an update to my policy, after no feedback.
