Surprisingly good service and efficient staff

6 days after purchasing a new vehicle and insuring through MiWay for the first time, my vehicle was rear-ended & had extensive damage. At first I tried to claim directly from the responsible party (insured by Renasa), as I did not want such a huge claim reflecting on my profile & obviously did not want to have to pay the excess, what a terrible experience!! 3 weeks and numerous e-mails & phone calls later I get a ridiculous offer form Renasa, not even enough to cover the damages. I end up claiming through MiWay, who declares my vehicle a write off , collects it and pays out the full insured amount within a week!! Thank you MiWay for making this terrible experience bearable with good service!
