Surprised and very happy

I moved to MiWay in June this year and just processed my first claim with them. I have never claimed for any personal loss or damage through any insurance company and have heard many horror stories of the world being promised when signing on but when it came time to settle a claim things became very difficult. What a wonderful and surprising process I've just been through. I was assisted by an extremely competent assessor, Fabian Naidoo. Fabian communicated with me constantly throughout the process, assisted me with kindness and professionalism throughout the process. I hope I don't have to claim for anything for a very long time but if I do then I hope that Fabian is there to help me through it. What a great asset to the company. I'm a very happy client.
