surprise attacks on your clients

so a week ago i called in to correct vehicle description then out the blue boom i suddenly had to install a tracker on a pre existing risk and now i soke to your tracker company who want to put me in a 3 year contract with them wether i have a car or not i really think this is not right because i am not a new client but exisitng in your books, last time i logged a hellopeter complaint i was never contact even after i was promised a call, if this is not resolved satisfactorily i swear i will take this higher.
